Best Sausages 2010

A pork and fennel gourmet sausage was judged to be the best sausage in New Zealand for 2010.

The maker of the sausage, Mediterranean Wholesale Market in Wanaka, was named Supreme Award winner at the 2010 Great New Zealand Sausage Competition.

The inaugural People's Choice Award went to Peter Timbs Meats in Christchurch for their beef sausage.
